Whimsical Modern Hangar 21 South Wedding

Angela and Adam met outside of Hangar 21 South for their first look surrounded by the scent of freshly bloomed jasmine. With a tap on the shoulder, Adam turned around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a whimsical white wedding gown with a big smile on her face. The couple read handwritten, personalized vows to one another and posed for photos in front of the jasmine blooms, then lined up for their ceremony.

Guests entered the side patio and took a seat. White florals with pops of light pink and blue were placed on pillars on the stage and matching arrangements marked the back of the aisle. Once everyone was in attendance and seated, Adam made his entrance followed by Angela. Together in front of all their closest friends and family, the two recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss as the crowd cheered.

On the tarmac, Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Caprese Skewers made their rounds, and a Grilled Flatbread Station was serving Fresh Tomato and Basil Pizzas and Meat Lovers Pizzas to hungry guests. The bar was mixing up the newlywed’s signature drinks, an Old Fashioned and Mojito, as refreshment, and everyone mixed and mingled. Adam and Angela enjoyed a drink and hors d’oeuvres, then took flight over Orange County. Upon their return, it was time for reception.

Tables were topped with clean, modern details like all white candles, acrylic tables numbers, and glass bud vases housing an array of white, light blue, and light purple flowers. Guests cheered as Angela and Adam made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Santorini Chicken, Cabernet Braised Short Ribs, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables, and Jay’s Famous Cheese Rolls was served while toasts were shared. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their personal chocolate wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our Gourmet Dessert Station with a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots. The evening ended with fun games and lots of dancing out on the dance floor.
