Casey stepped out of the bridal suite at Hangar 21 South for a first look with her bridesmaids before heading over to see her groom. As soon as the girls turned around, compliments were exchanged, and smiles were shared. Meanwhile, Garett was getting into position for his first touch with Casey. After a few bridal party photos, Casey met Garett outside. They stood back to back and read personalized vows to one another while fighting to hold back tears. After the sweet moments, the wedding party lined up for ceremony as guests began arriving.
Guests entered the side patio, signed Casey and Garett’s guest book, and took a seat. White pillars were decorated on the stage with flowers and more floral arrangements marked the aisle. Once everyone was seated, music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Casey. In front of their closest loved ones, Garett and Casey recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Aperol Spritz and Coconut Mai Tai signature cocktails were being served on the tarmac while Caprese Skewers with Pesto and Mac-N-Cheese Lollisticks were tray passed to hungry guests. Bud vases decorated each cocktail table and custom signage completed the tarmac setup. While everyone mixed and mingled, the newlyweds were off on their flight over Orange County. Upon their return, guests were seated inside the hangar for reception.
Reception tables were draped in white linen and topped with black accent flatware, table numbers, and napkins. Fresh floral centerpieces tied together the black and white theme and even more hung from the ceiling. Garett and Casey made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at the sweetheart table. Pear and Walnut Salad was served, followed by Tequila Lime Chicken and Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano with Roasted Broccolini and Fingerling Potatoes. The dual entrée dinner was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Casey. While everyone was finishing dinner, family and friends shared toasts and glasses clinked in the air. After dinner, the newlywed’s cut into their 2-tiered marble cake and invited guests to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with French Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with lots of dancing, picture taking, and a sparkler send off.
