Sydney and Andrew arrived at Hangar 21 South ready for their big day. After a few finishing touches, the bride and groom met for their first look. With a tap of the shoulder, Andrew turned around and a wave of emotion overcame him. Happy tears filled his eyes as he smiled from ear to ear while gazing at his soon to be wife. The two shared sweet compliments and a warm embrace, then were joined by their wedding party for pre-ceremony photos. The guys in black and girls in white and champagne posed together in front of the camera creating memories that would last a lifetime.
Guests signed Sydney and Andrew’s guest book as they arrived at the venue, then found a seat. The stage was decorated with a golden arch covered in dried florals to match the arrangements at the back of the aisle and candles lined the walkway. Once everyone was in attendance, the processional began. Andrew was first to make an entrance, followed by the bridesmaids and groomsmen, then Sydney. Once together at the head of the aisle, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
The newlyweds headed to the tarmac while guests lined up for Vodka Gimlet and Spicy Pineapple Margarita cocktails. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes were tray passed while everyone mixed and mingled. Sydney and Andrew took off on their helicopter flight over Orange County and returned to an uproar of cheers. The couple made their grand entrance and shared their first dance with friends and family surrounding them, then headed inside for reception.
Tables were topped with black accents and decorated with dried flowers and flickering candles. Guests found their seats and grabbed their drinks for toasts. Each bridal party member took their turn sharing their fondest memories of the bride and groom and glasses clinked in the air after each speech ended. Meanwhile, dinner was served starting with Pear and Walnut Salad, then Lemon and Thyme Glazed Chicken Breast, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Fingerling Potatoes, and Grilled Green and White Asparagus. The wedding menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Sierra. After dinner, the cake was cut and guests hit the dance floor. The evening ended with everyone sharing their well wishes with the bride and groom, posing for selfies, and sharing a dance before heading home.
