With inspiration drawn from autumn in New York with a warm palette of brown, cream, black, and forest green, Christine and Darrian of Bring the Bubbly Events brought Hangar 21 South to life with their design for our most recent Taste of Jay’s. A talented vendor team including Sweet Salvage Rentals, Fleurish, Pamela Taz Photography, BBJ La Tavola, Hi Def Group, Double Dipped Calligraphy, Thunder 360 Photo Booth, and Lauren Tucker Films, transformed our venue into an inviting space filled with rich leather details and romantic lighting. Tying everything together were our bride and groom models with hair and makeup done by Makeup by Emilie Q and Makeup by Jules U. Guests checked in and were greeted with tray passed Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts, Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, and Mini Corn Dogs. The evening showcased some of our most popular menu items including Zucchini Lime Chicken, Chicken Sonoma, Santorini Chicken, Chicken Marsala, Al Pastor Tacos, Pollo Asado Tacos, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Carvery with chimichurri and crunchy onion, Thai Three Flavored BBQ Chicken Bao, Korean Bulgogi Beef Bao, Blackberry, Brie, Bacon, and Jalapeno Melts, Caprese Melts, Roasted Creamy Tomato Soup, and ended with our signature Kouign Amann dessert pastries.
