Kelly and Thomas met on the tarmac at Hangar 21 South for their first look. A tap on the shoulder turned Thomas around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a lace and tulle wedding dress. Sweet compliments were exchanged, then their bridesmaids and groomsmen ran out to join them. The group posted together smiling for the camera, then lined up for the ceremony.
Guests entered the side patio, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, and took a seat. A fluffy arrangement of light pink and white flowers stood tall on stage as the ceremony décor. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Kelly. In front of all their closest friends and family, Kelly and Thomas recited their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
After the wedding ceremony, the newlyweds met with family during cocktail hour for their tea ceremony. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Thai Chicken Spring Rolls, and Crab Cakes were tray passed around the tarmac for guests who were mixing and mingling, and the bar was serving Paloma and Irish Mule signature drinks. When the tea ceremony ended, Kelly and Thomas enjoyed their flight over Orange County touching back down just in time for reception.
Inside the hangar, string lights and drapery hung from the ceiling and tables topped with pastel florals were arranged below surrounding a white dance floor. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Zucchini Lime Chicken, Cabernet Braised Shirt Ribs, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables and Tangerine Pecan Salad was served, and toasts were shared. The dinner menu was selected by the couple with help from our event specialist, Casey. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their wedding cake and invited everyone to indulge in our Classic Dessert Station with a collection of Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Fresh Fruit Tarts, Vanilla Bean Chocolate Eclairs, Mango and Passion Fruit Macarons, and French Apple Tarts. The evening ended with lots of dancing out on the dance floor, photos in the photo booth, Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tart late night snacks, and many well wishes shared with the newlyweds.
