Floral Mauve Wedding at Hangar 21 South

Emily walked down Hangar 21’s steps to join Tony for their first look on the morning of their wedding day. Smiles filled their faces and sweet compliments were exchanged between the two while the bridal party cheered from upstairs. After the intimate moment, the bride and groom joined their bridesmaids and groomsmen for group photos as guests began arriving.

Guests entered the side patio, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Mauve, white, and light pink florals decorated an arch that stood centerstage. As soon as everyone was in attendance, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Emily. In front of all their loving friends and family, Emily and Tony read their vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests made their way to the tarmac where Crab Cakes, Coconut Crusted Shrimp, Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls, and Gloria’s Caramelized Bacon Wrapped Franks were being tray passed. The bar was serving beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Lemon Drop and Pineapple Margarita. Guests mixed and mingled while the bride and groom enjoyed their helicopter flight, and upon their return, it was time for reception.

Inside the hangar, tables were topped with fresh floral centerpieces, mauve details, and printed menus. Tony and Emily made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Huli Huli Chicken, Tri-Tip Carvery, Stir Fry Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes, and BBQ Pork Fried Rice was served while friends shared toasts. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Lauren. After dinner, the couple cut into their wedding cake and invited everyone to the dance floor to show off their moves. The evening ended with plenty of dancing and well wishes shared with the newlyweds.
