After getting ready in the bridal suite and mezzanine, Mai and Ryan met on the tarmac for their first look. A tap on the shoulder signaled Ryan to turn around, and standing before him was his beautiful bride dressed in a lace wedding gown. The couple smiled from ear to ear while exchanging sweet compliments, then joined their wedding party for group photos before lining up for the ceremony.
Guests entered Hangar 21 South’s side patio, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat. Light pink and white flowers poked through greenery that lined the aisle and, on the stage, a draped arbor decorated with the same florals stood tall. Once everyone was seated, the wedding party made their entrances ending with Mai. Joined together in front of all their closest friends and family, Mai and Ryan read personal vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Hors d’oeuvres were tray passed around the tarmac and the bar was serving up the newlywed’s signature cocktails, an Old Fashioned and Cadillac Margarita. While everyone mixed and mingled, the bride and groom posed for pictures together as husband and wife, then rejoined the group to finish cocktail hour together. The Hangar doors began opening signaling guests to find their seats inside for dinner.
Tables were topped with floral centerpieces and flickering candles. Guests found their tables and Mai and Ryan made their grand entrance while everyone cheered. After the excitement, everyone settled in for diner and toasts. Family and friends stood next to the sweetheart table and shared their fondest memories of the newlyweds. Glasses clinked in the air and the couple thanked their guests for coming. After dinner, Ryan and Mai shared their first dance and ended with a bang by inviting everyone out on the dance floor to join them. The evening ended with fun fog machine moments, plenty of dancing, and well wishes for the bride and groom.
